Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Istanbul
Upon your arrival we will pick you up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2- Istanbul City Tour

(Breakfast and Lunch included)
We depart at 08:30 for the
Istanbul City Tour. You will begin with the ancient Hippodrome, which was the scene of chariot races and the three monuments: the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. We will then continue to the Sultanahmet Mosque across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet. It is also known as the Blue Mosque because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. Then arrive at our last stop which is the famous Hagia Sophia. This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural wonders of all time. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 - Istanbul to Izmir / Kusadasi
(Breakfast, Lunch and dinner included)
Free Day until the afternoon for your domestic flight to Izmir. Transfer from airport & check in to your hotel in Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight in
Kusadasi.

Day 4- EphesusTour
(Breakfast Lunch and dinner included)
A fully Guided Ephesus Tour starts at 08:30, some of the best preserved ancient ruins in the world. A visit to Ephesus - once the commercial centre of the ancient world - is a must-do of any visit to Turkey. The city, whose wealth and patronage supported its splendid architectural program, was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. The enormous
Temple of Artemis, once considered one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World and rebuilt several times, dates in its latest form from the third century B.C. The tour of the ruins also includes a theatre, gymnasium, agora and baths, as well as the Library of Celsus. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5- Kusadasi & Day Trip to Turkish Village Sirince
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
After breakfast, we depart for the traditional
Turkish Village tour. Sirince's construction style today belongs to Anatolian Greeks. The houses on the slopes of the settlement exist today in their original state with their white painted walls. Enjoy the breathtaking views at entrance of the village and experience the lively village streets. Sirince is popular for its unique building style, houses, streets and authentic apple wine made by the villagers. In 1922 the Anatolian Greeks immigrated back to Greece and the Turks settled here in place. There are ancient remains of 42 Churches and Monasteries in and around the village. Sirince is also known as Ephesus in the mountains. The two churches in the village centre are particularly well preserved dating back to Anatolian Greek times. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6 - Kusadasi (Free Day)

The day is yours. You don't have to wake up early, enjoy the sunshine and take in the views and natural magnificent beach & crystal clear sea and explore the city, shop in the local markets, relax on the beach or enjoy one of the many day trips you can choose from. These include horse riding, river rafting or snorkelling, fishing tours and many more. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 7
Pamukkale Tour
(Breakfast, Lunch and dinner included)
After breakfast at 08:30 we depart for our tour of
Pamukkale travertinesand the ancient city of Hierapolis. You will visit Domitian Gate, Colonnaded Gate, and Cathedral, and the Red waters of Karahayit before stopping for lunch. Afterwards we visit the Pamukkale Museum, and The Travertines of Pamukkale. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 8 - Pamukkale to Antalya
(Breakfast, Lunch and dinner included)
Pick up from hotel and transfer to bus station. From here you will board the intercity day coach to Antalya (duration 4 hours). Met on arrival & Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Antalya.


Day 9 -
Antalya
Perge & Aspendos Tour
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
After breakfast depart to Antalya (30 minute drive).
PERGE : Perge (18 kilometers / 11 miles from Antalya) was an important city in Pamphylia (today's Mediterranean region), in Asia Minor. It was settled by the Hittites around 1500 B.C. Kestros (Aksu) river, which runs near the acropolis, made Perge like a port because it was possible to navigate from the sea to the city. Thus, an important trade route starting from Side run through the nearby city of Aspendos and then Perge.

Perge is also famous by the fact that when Saint Paul started his journeys, he visited Perge in 46 A.D. and preached his first sermon here. That's why it became an important city for the Christians during Byzantine period

After the tour, departure for Aspendos. Lunch break on the way.

ASPENDOS:Aspendos is located to the east of Antalya and is famous for its best-preserved ancient amphitheater built in the 2nd century AD during the reign of the Emperor Marcus Aurelius. The theater has a capacity of 15,000 people and is still used today for performances and festivals. Its galleries, stage decorations and acoustics all testify to its architect Xeno's success. Next to the stage there is a small room which is used as a small museum where you can see some of the masks and clay tickets from the ancient times. Just above the theater there is the acropolis with a great view of the river from the top, where you can see a basilica, an agora, a nymphaeum and and a bouleuterion (council), all of them in ruins. Dinner and overnight in Antalya.

Day 10 - Antalya - Cappadocia
(Breakfast included)
After breakfast, we depart for Antalya Airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from Kayseri airport to your Cave hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore Cappadocia. overnight in authentic
Cave Hotel in Cappadocia.

Day 11 - North Cappadocia Tour
(Breakfast and Lunch included)
Today after breakfast meet with your tour guide and visit
Devrent Valley and Pasabag (Monk's Valley) where you will find the world famous fairy chimneys. Break for lunch inAvanos. Then on to visit the Goreme Open Air Museum to explore the numerous churches and monasteries with their frescoes. These churches and monasteries were carved from the soft volcanic stone and decorated by Medieval Orthodox Christian Monks around 1000-1200AD. A visit to Ortahisarnatural rock castle for panoramic views. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 6:00 pm. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 12 - South Cappadocia Tour

(Breakfast and Lunch included)
Today meet your tour guide in the hotel lobby and transfer for a full day tour of Cappadocia sites. Visits include
Derinkuyu Underground City which was built as a defence and hiding site during the period of spreading Christianity. Then on to Cavusin Old Christian Villagewhere you will find a triple Apse church and the monastery of St John the Baptist. In Sinasos Old Greek Village you find old Greek and Ottoman houses. The days touring includes an easy grade 3km hike through Red Valley offering some great scenery that would otherwise not be accessible by car and a visit toUchisarnatural rock castle. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 6:00 pm. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 13 - Cappadocia to Istanbul

After breakfast you will have free time for shopping in Cappadocia. In the evening we depart for Kayseri Airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul. Transfer from Ataturk airport to your hotel. The rest of the evening is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 14 - Istanbul
Bosphorus & Two Continents

Enjoy a magical Istanbul Bosphorus Boat Cruise and
Spice Market Tour starting at 08:30. Enjoy the array of sites you can see from the boat including: SPICE BAZAAR (Egyptian Bazaar) The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice. Bosphorus Boat Cruise a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion you will pass the magnificent Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavilions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of its marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
Rumeli Fortress Built by Mehmet the Conqueror in 1452 prior to the conquest of Istanbul was completed in only four months to control and protect the infamous Bosphorus passage. It is one of the most beautiful works of military architecture anywhere in the world.
Beylerbeyi Palace The summer residence of Ottoman sultans exists in its original renovated glory featuring original antique furniture and magnificent gardens with the Harem on the Asian side of Istanbul. BOSPHORUS BRIDGE enjoy a unique chance to step from one continent (Asia) to another (Europe). Camlica Hill the highest point in Istanbul. At the top of it you can rest and admire the magnificent panorama of Istanbul and the Bosporus from the beautiful gardens, landscaped in traditional Turkish Ottoman style. After the cruise there is a possibility for shopping. Experience the traditional silk weaving skills of Turkish women at the carpet weaving courses provided by The Ministry of National Education. You will get the opportunity to see jewellery, handcrafts centre and a modern leatherwear show. After the tour, enjoy your last night in this bustling city. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 15 - Departure
After breakfast check out from hotel (before 12:00), transfer to Istanbul Ataturk Airport regarding your flight details. End of tour and services. (If you would like, you can extend your trip by adding extra nights in Istanbul, please advise.
